Information WhisperCreate may receive
This may include your name, email address, enquiry details, correspondence, purchase information and the information you choose to provide when discussing a project or product. A workshop questionnaire may also include your organisation, chosen route and format, attendee roles and group size, approved tools, information boundaries, work examples, desired outcome and non-sensitive technical constraints.
Enquiries and workshop questionnaires are delivered through Resend so George can reply and prepare the agreed session. Newsletter and upcoming-app signups are managed through Buttondown. Buttondown sends a confirmation email, and the address is not added to the active list unless that confirmation is completed.
Basic technical information may be processed by the website hosting or security provider to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. If purchases are enabled through an external payment provider, that provider processes payment details under its own privacy notice. WhisperCreate does not need to receive your full card details.
How information is used

Workshop questionnaire information is normally used to take requested steps before an agreement or to prepare and perform an agreed service.
How long information is kept
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide support, settle a dispute or meet legal and financial record-keeping duties. The period will vary with the nature of the contact or purchase.
Workshop questionnaire responses are kept while the session is being prepared and delivered, then reviewed within 12 months of the last session. Relevant records may be kept longer where there is an ongoing relationship, dispute or legal record-keeping duty.
Your rights
UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy in some circumstances. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
