About these terms
These terms apply to the WhisperCreate website, enquiries, consultancy services and digital products. Separate written terms, proposals or product licence information shown before purchase may also apply. If there is a conflict, the more specific agreed terms take priority.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to damage it, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access or use its content in a misleading or unlawful way.
Website content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Enquiries and consultancy services
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Consultancy work starts only when scope, fees, responsibilities and any relevant dates have been agreed in writing.
Digital products
The product page and payment step will show the current price, what is included and any product-specific licence terms before you buy. Unless the purchase terms say otherwise, a product is licensed to the buyer for their own use and must not be resold, redistributed or presented as their own product.
Digital products may rely on compatible devices, operating systems or third-party AI services. Any material requirements will be described before purchase. Optional customisation or feature work is a separate service and will be quoted separately.
Payments, cancellations and consumer rights
Payments may be handled by an external payment provider. Its own terms may apply to the payment process.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to digital content and services. Any cancellation or refund information shown at checkout will be read alongside those statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, writing, graphics, software and product materials are owned by WhisperCreate or used with permission. No ownership is transferred unless this is expressly agreed in writing.
Availability and liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website and products available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhisperCreate is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for failures caused by services outside its reasonable control.
Third-party services and links
Links to payment providers, social platforms or other websites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and WhisperCreate does not control them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections in the country where you live.
